Their sales message is "Do you suspect that your child or employee is abusing their SMS or vehicle privileges?  If yes, then this software is ideal for you.  Install this small program directly onto your compatible smartphone you want to monitor to begin recording."  Personally I find it far easier to speak to my kids and trust them.

Important to realise this does happen and it is possible.  The software does require that the person has access to your phone - this give you a clue how to guard yourself from this type of monitoring.  However, do remember that Google and Apple and your mobile/ cell operator probably have all of this data anyway.  The question is how can and how is it being used.
